Can I create the entire listing for my property online?

Yes, our platform is built to complete your listing online with a few simple steps. Please note that professional photography will need to be done in person.

How fast can my home be listed?

Pending professional photographs- which typically take around 5 business days depending on the state of your home- the other elements of your listing can be complete in about 48 hours after you submit your questionnaire.

What does ListClose do after the listing is complete?

ListClose will provide a lockbox and yard sign, ensure everything is ready for showings and offers, handle any negotiations, and take over all of the paperwork.

If you are a virtual real estate agent, who handles showings and open houses for my home?

We provide a Supra® lockbox for agent access, and you can also host private showings. ListClose offers tools and guidance for managing both open houses and private showings, giving you complete control.

Can I cancel my listing with ListClose?

Yes, cancel anytime, but note that initial package fees are non-refundable. Listings under contract remain pending until closed or terminated.

If I sign the buyer’s agreement- how long am I committed for?

You’re covered for 6 months, which is the industry standard.

What’s the difference between using ListClose services and selling my home “By Owner”?
